Speechify was helpful for converting to audio some stories I’d had open (to read) for way too long. They became my bedtime stories instead. Hardik provided great customer service.

Really enjoying the app so far, despite some bugs

I am really enjoying the app so far. It has a few bugs and some bits are not very straightforward (e.g. downloading and setting up didn't work for me from the start, the shortcuts don't always work), but the overall experience and the quality of reading and the voices make it my go-to app now. I can't even imagine reading a large article on my own without Speechify now. Also, big kuddos to Nikki from the customer support team, who resolved the issue I had very promptly and was very ...

I forgot I had signed up for speechify, and was charged for the yearly subscription. I have no use for the service anymore, and explained this to Christian. He was very helpful and nice while keeping me updated on the process. The refund was successful so thanks to Christian and Speechify for an easy process.

Successful refund

I signed up to the trial, things had changed and ended up I didn’t need it. Forgot to cancel the subscription and got charged. Contacted speechify straight the way when the payment got deducted from bank account. Christian solved my problem on the spot and now the amount is refunded.

I was very relieved that I was able to receive a refund when I forgot to cancel my 3 day extension. Customer service was prompt, professional and comforting. Having tried speechify, I plan to get a membership when my finances are better. The volume of text to speech downloads is what sets speechify apart from the competition.
