I emailed customer service and Nikki helped me right away and after going through a few steps I was able to get a refund after forgetting to cancel my subscription renewal. Kristy was so very helpful. I explained to her what was happening. She did the proper research to find out about my problem I was having and within less than 48 hours she had the problem resolved. I’m back to reading full-time to two books a day again thank you very much for your help, I will definitely be recommending Speechify to my friends. Thank you again.

Very helpful customer service

I love Speechify as a product, but somehow when using it on multiple platforms (phone and computer) I accidentally created a second subscription and was therefore billed twice. When I contact Speechify to rectify the situation, Christian was incredibly understanding and helped me to get a refund for the second subscription right away. I will continue to use this product and the customer service.

I used speechify for a couple of years…

I used speechify for a couple of years so I could get school readings done while on the go (cooking, cleaning, walking the dog). It was also great for late night reading/studying, when I'd be at risk of falling asleep. I had some long late-night walks listening. Very helpful. When my planned use of the app ended, I forgot to cancel. I got the renewal notice and the charge hit my credit card. I contacted Speechify to see if I could cancel and get a refund.
