Great solution, great program, can't live without it, both in my studies and in my work as a teacher. I didn't cancel my trial on time

I didn't cancel my trial on time. I wanted to pay monthly but the yearly got taken from my account. I requested a refund. They gave me the option to keep yearly with a 50% discount. I love the service so I accepted the offer. They were so responsive and kept me up to date. Rizzalyn has been great at communicating with me thru the process.
