Good Customer Service

The customer service was very quick and responsive (Mike specifically). The PDFs I had couldn't be read very clearly and he lead me to a way where I can improve their quality to make them audible when I was upset by the inability of the program to read it.

Helping me retroactively cancel my subscription

Great app and customer service

The app itself is really useful. I'm getting through hours and hours more content because I can listen on the go. Customer service was fantastic, quick and really helpful. I doubled up my subscription by accident and Brandale sorted it out for me straight away.
