What do you like best? We have used this product for about 5 years and have no general complaints. We like that they listen to clients and rollout new features. What do you dislike? Lack of certain patch management features. Currently doesn't support AutoDesk and Adobe Creative Suite. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a fair try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has decreased redundant tasks.

The backbone of our business
What do you like best? Remote Monitoring and the MSP portal is phenomenal, not only does it allow us to easily monitor our clients health, as well as patching, power state for UPS's and a myriad of other things, it has a clear and easy to read environment and makes our jobs much easier. The Management portal allows us to easily manage tickets, assigning technicians where they need to be and adds a degree of professionalism to our business that other IT providers don't have. What do you like best? being able to do so much via single pane of glass. What do you dislike? agents frequently stopping requiring manual interjection. What do you like best? We have only been using Solarwinds for 4 months and are very impressed with our sales rep. Amanda goes above and beyond to assist us. We also like that we can have one vendor for multiple services. What do you dislike? We have NOT been impressed with "Sales Engineers". We have had many issues with rollouts and configuration issues; the sales engineers many times had old documentation and conflicting resolution paths. What problems are you solving with the ...

Overall it's good
What do you like best? I like the suite of services being under one provider. I like the MSP institute a lot - it is a huge benefit (for someone that needs a lot of training). What do you dislike? The only negative experience we have had is that some of the Engineers that have been on calls with us did not know what they are doing and we had to wait 3 or 4 days to get it fixed. Well Design Product
What do you like best? It is easy use for our employees on the Manager Services team. They are able to get clients in the product seamlessly. What do you dislike? We are unable to have tickets load as we are in the screen without refreshing so we miss tickets sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to show clients how far back they are in patching and are now able to get that work from them.
