What do you like best? RMM provides a number of health and automation solutions while increasing visibility into clients' infrastructure What do you dislike? Easy to use
What do you like best? RMM is easy to use and implement. There's one single portal from where you can do all necessary work. Pushing updates, running scans, rebooting PCs, and getting information is seamless and easy. What do you dislike? Patch failure emails aren't helpful as they don't specify what went wrong or how to remedy. Installing the agent should be easier. It requires logging in on each client, this should be easier to do. What do you like best? We have only been using Solarwinds for 4 months and are very impressed with our sales rep. Amanda goes above and beyond to assist us. We also like that we can have one vendor for multiple services. What do you dislike? We have NOT been impressed with "Sales Engineers". What do you like best? Ease of use, install, support, etc. It is the most overall useful tool I use. What do you dislike? Online support is not good. They tend to tell me that things are not possible, but then I call the support line and they tell me it is actually possible. I don't like that Autodesk is not supported in patch management. Solarwinds has enabled us to greatly minimize on-premise time.
What do you like best? All clients and assets at our fingertips in the dashboard. I love all of the tools available and how they are integrated into one system. Great RMM Product
What do you like best? We have been using the RMM since 2013 and we love that it is a single pane of glass for all of our processes. The Backup, AV, Monitoring and more is all great! What do you like best? simplicity, ease of use and the speed at which myu techs can react and respond to client needs What do you dislike? i honestly cant say there is anything i dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? patch management is the main use we have for it. keeping our clients patched is crucial and having an easy platform makes that very simple
