What do you like best? simplicity, ease of use and the speed at which myu techs can react and respond to client needs What do you dislike? i honestly cant say there is anything i dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? patch management is the main use we have for it. keeping our clients patched is crucial and having an easy platform makes that very simple

I wish there were more marketing materials related to the different sectors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Primarily patch management, backup and Risk Intellegence reporting for HIPAA compliance.

Onboarding

What do you like best? the onboarding team was very easy to work with. The training tools were very easy to use as well. What do you dislike? There were some issues getting the alerts to sync with our psa but after a little bit of help we were able to get it working What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the biggest problem we are solving is cost for the tools. We are also finding we have more flexibility with patching.

Great RMM Product

What do you like best? We have been using the RMM since 2013 and we love that it is a single pane of glass for all of our processes. The Backup, AV, Monitoring and more is all great! What do you like best? All clients and assets at our fingertips in the dashboard. I love all of the tools available and how they are integrated into one system.
