Oh my! So bad!
Oh my! So poor. Did not respond to one email after I happened to notice it's a scam. It says it helps you grow but doesn't actually do anything. I've kept all the evidence, screenshots and emails. And by the way, there's no helpdesk or chat. Even unsubscribing from their scam is difficult. The "cancel" tabs are hidden and you have to resort to using a desktop to cancel. Don't!

Bottom Line: SCAM The application is beautiful and it very well setup. Unfortunately this is a scam. The application shows you the Likes, Comments, Follows and Unfollows but if you actually go to instagram and verify, you will find nothing to suggest its doing anything. I believe Instagram is blocking 100% of of Social Captains actions. Yet, they continue to bill you their monthly charge, knowing that is is doing nothing... When they post an action on someones page, they do not verify it ...

PLEASE TRUST ALL OF THESE ONE STAR REVIEWS. SOCIAL CAPTAIN IS BAD!
It seemed to be going ok, until I received a notice from instagram saying that using the service violates their terms of service. I contacted Social Captain about this, and they assured me it doesn't. I asked for more details about how it was different from the services Instagram terms of service do not allow, but Social Captain never responded. Additionally after that point, my account stopped working. I asked for a refund and I have not heard a response in over a month. As far as I can ...

Flopped
Used to love this tool as it was working perfectly building up my instagram then all of a sudden the engagements just stopped so i cancelled then later on tried to subscribe again at which it just doesn't let me as it's glitched saying that my account is still premium although nothing works. Emailed ages ago to no response and looking now i think I've saved myself as judging my the reviews now, it has flopped. Shame

They are literally robbing people...
These guys were great but all of a sudden they everything went dark. They stopped responding to customer service. They stopped paying out earnings I had made for them. It's so sad that their website is still live and they are okay with treating people this way. Definitely stay away.
