Instagram will ban you for using their services

It was a great service for maybe 4 months then Instagram banned me for 1 week... once I got blocked the customer service of SocialCaptain refused to help me and didn’t bother to reply.

SPAMMERS!

We sent an email to cancel the subscriptions but nobody answers us. They keep charging us for nothing. They are spammers. PLEASE REFUND EVERYTHING!

Don't be stupid!!

I cannot believe that this is happening! I paid the biggest package for 99$ and I never!! never!! got any actions on my Instagram account! The customer service did not reply per mail and I send them around 50 since one month!! and I try to Chat with them in the live chat everyday!! No answer, no comment!! deceiver!!! thieves!!!! liars!!!!! I had to close my bank account because they didn't stop collect the amount from the account!!

Do not register your account here

Do not register your IG account with this place. They have absolutely NO customer service, no email, no chat, no contact numbers, ironically no social media too listed on their site. I made the mistake of registering my IG there and now can't get it removed because their "automated" method isn't valid either, so I had to change my PW for security precautions. Also their service of getting followers etc doesn't work. Don't make the same mistake with your account on this site.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - it looks like it is a scam. I echo everyone's experience below. Blocked account and impossible to get money back + impossible to stop their monthly fee collection unless you ask your bank to block them.

Great...then awful once things stop working.

I tried this service out on my personal account and was actually pretty impressed. That said, the moment that I moved it to our business account, we were charged and never able to use the service. We emailed multiple times to support and no one would respond on chat. Summary: if things are working and you’re paying money, support is amazing. The moment something stops working and they’ve taken your money, support is non-existent.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. THEY MUST BE IN MAJOR TROUBLE. Just like several others, I have tried canceling service for 2 months. They keep taking my money and there is only an option to pause services. They were once responsive but it has stopped as soon as instagram flagged my account and I was forced to change my password. They have pop ups on their site that say they are still trusted and you just need update your password, however it says a confirmation code is required ...
