Wen't from great to HORRIBLE and FRAUD! It's been over a month that NO ONE replies to my emails or live chat, and now I can't even cancel my account. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Went from 100 to 0 REAL fast!

It was wonderful for the first few weeks but all of a sudden this program dropped off the face of the planet! NO email back, NO chat back, basically NO customer support AT ALL. Their website lost its security so it is not safe to use their program. What a class A scam. We will NEVER recommend this HORRIBLE product to ANYONE.

Went from AMAZING to terrible overnight. To anyone who is looking at jumping on SocialCaptain, please read this review! I want to help anyone avoid the same problems that I ran into. I was using Social Captian at the beginning of this year and saw tremendous results. I was on their top plan and seeing between 30-50 new followers per day. This is a HUGE FRAUD !!!!

This is a HUGE FRAUD !!!!! They promess your account will not be block by instagram but this is not true... During the free trail your account will grow at an impresive rate to push you to buy the service, then after 2 more weeks, your account won't grow any more and instagram will start to block your account, first for 24 hours and then for a week... When I try to contact the help center, no one ever answer... this is just a big scam, dont' buy it.

Don’t do it!!!!

It sucks!!! I signed up for the 24 hour free trial and straight away I’ve been blocked from Instagram for a week... can’t like, comment, follow or post a photo for a week!!

PLEASE save your money and don’t sign up they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. They have like two employees and my accounts been off for a week for god know what and I have not got one response from them they are a bunch of scammers trust me!!!

I wish I could give ZERO STARS

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Literally have sent over 25 emails in the last few weeks as I have been unable to login to my Instagram account because their service keeps saying I need an authentication code which has never happened before. No one has answered in over two months. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE LETS MAKE THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS

The only way to get a refund is to…

The only way to get a refund is to dispute with your bank. The best way to get the quickest refund is to file a multiple charge dispute. Tell your bank: 1. It was a free trial. 2. They charged you in day one. 3. They said they would send you refund. 4. Instead charged you additional fees. This should get you every penny back. Ask you bank to add a “merchant block” on your account so they can’t bill you again in the future. I was able to get every single penny back. Hope this helps.
