A serious scam

A serious scam. My account was not working due to a confirmed error on their side. They told me they would get back to me once their product team has fixed the issue, and nobody ever contacted me. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them to no avail. It has been impossible to get my money back.

Complete fraud

Complete fraud, stole almost $900 from me. Unbelievable waste of money and truly a disgusting, vile manipulation of people

These crooks are not responding to my requests for a refund because the SERVICE DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. We did not gain a single user!

Scam site. Avoid at all costs.

Social Captain promised an estimated 3500 followers in 1 month. the reality was that after 9 days, I had gained 2 followers and been banned for a week. Their customer service refuses to answer anything at all. Even cancelling the agreement is proving to be impossible. The company is a complete fraud.

STAY AWAY. I used the service for 1 day and I noticed that it was giving me always a message that the account was disconnected. After a week no results at all. I have contacted them after few hours from the set up of the campaign and asked to receive a refund and cancel. Noone answered my messages in the chat or on email! Just wasted 39 dollars. Such a shame!

An unfortunate waste of money. Caused issues with my account and ‘liked’ so many awful and inappropriate posts.. something like over 50,000 likes. In the end I cancelled mid-way through a subscription. I asked via email why the likes on my posts didn’t mirror the followers. After waiting forever for a response I was answered by some guy who was quite rude in informing me that they never promised to get me likes, just followers [fake ones from the looks of it}. This is the worst possible tool ever

This is the worst possible tool ever. It simply doesn't work. I bought a subscription for 100$ and it brought me 100 followers in 2 days, but then it just stopped. I mean it looked that it was blocked by Instagram mechanism or something. But they promised they have it under control. When I wrote them, that I want to cancel my subscription, they never replied. Poor quality and poor (read: NONE) customer support. I definitely don't recommend anyone to try it. Waste of money.
