SMTP2GO is an execelant package
SMTP2GO is an execelant package for those who need the abilty to send e-mails, yet do not have their own SMTP server. I use it extensivly on servers that run several processes a day and report via e-mail. We also use it on our core system for customer nottification. Absolutely love their service
Absolutely love their service! Downtime is really minimum (unnoticeable, good customer service, and if you send less than 1000 emails per month, it's free! Don't know what I would do without them.

Excellent reliability and easy to use
Excellent reliability and easy to use. Easy to review transactions and monitor email traffic. Spam notifications helpful to remove email addresses. I would recommend the service to others looking for a cloud base mail server.

Works perfect
Works perfect! No issues at all. We use this service as a connection for all our office copiers. Works perfect for scanning to e-mail. No more authentication errors or any confusing smtp setup for our other offices. Thanks for a great economical solution to our scanning problems.

Long Term user, had great usage & support
What do you like best? We were pro-actively helped when hackers managed to use our account to send spam. The site has been 100% reliable in our experience. What do you dislike? Overseas based and our servers are in Australia Recommendations to others considering the product: does what it says What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple way of sending email from various platforms.

Great service for our needs
All in all, SMTP2Go has been a decent enough service. We primarily use it for delivering messages sent via SMTP from systems that need to be able to delivery email if our in-house infrastructure is down.We do no bulk mail so I cannot comment as to how SMTP2Go operates in this area.Uptime is fine, they admit when they have issues (a major plus. The UI is a bit hit-or-miss, we've needed to update DNS records a few times to maintain DKIM signing, but hey, at least they support SPF, DKIM, etc.
