Simple but powerful

What do you like best? The user interface is easy to use but has some powerful features available - even on the basic plans. They appear to follow as many standards as possible to make it easy lining up all systems I am trying to align with this service. Great service

What do you like best? Very easy to set up. Always works and very good sending limits. What do you dislike? I think in some cases the back end is quite difficult to navigate simply just to find the sending server and port, We end up clicking around a few times! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Made our lives much easier when we need an external SMTP server that we can also block behind IP restrictions.

Easy to setup, very flexible and reliable!

What do you like best? The dashboard is really well set out, its easy to read and navigate. The service is very flexible and will fit just about any requirement. You can have multiple admin accounts which is very handy for large environments or to increase security, they also support 2FA. What do you dislike? I have no real dislikes with the service, the only time I have had a problem is during an outage but these are few and far between and notifications and updates are sent out ...

Good Value and it Works

What do you like best? Simplicity of set up and it just works..... What do you dislike? Nothing at all even the cost is good............ What problems are you solving with the product? Setup and forget

What do you like best? Seamless, easy to use. Setup and forger. I only remember i have a smtp service when they send me the notice for renewal. What do you dislike? Have been using them for 5 years and all is good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Trial it and you will like it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using smtp2go for sending email from my copier machine.

It gives a good control over our email sending with reports to indicate where emails are bouncing.

What do you like best? Being able to see which emails are bounced and what are all the emails send. What do you dislike? The fact that we're nog able to give limited access for some users to reports. For example to reports only from a certain email address. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consistent delivery of our web application emails.

No communication after suspended account, we only send 33 mails,

I wanted to test the service of STMP2GO because I was looking for a reliable relay server. At first the communication was great and the support was also fast and good.After having send 33 email using SMTP2GO, I noticed the mail wasn't send. SMTP2GO suspended my acount because of 'unusual activity or an unusually high number of bounces or spam complaints'. The experience has been very good

The experience has been very good. I have used it for around 5 years. Only once did I have a problem, when one recipient claimed that he was getting 6 or 7 copies of each email. I worked with the SMTP2GO team, and they couldn't find any issues on their end. The problem may well have been with the recipient's own email provider anyway. But in any case, the problem ended quickly, and otherwise the service has worked perfectly for me, very satisfied!

It is so easy to use

It is so easy to use I am sorry we didn't discover SMTP2GO sooner. The tracking logs are so easy to understand and gives us proof of delivery in disputes. The opt out feature allows us to no send emails to people that don't want to receive our emails, so we are all happy. The best feature is the fact it is a set and forget. Once it is up and running, it is on auto-pilot.
