What do you like best about Smartsupp? We were thrilled with the quick integration into our Shopware shop. The support itself from Smartsupp is also very good. What do you dislike about Smartsupp? We would love it if we could use our own logo in as a chatbubble. What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? Our customer service is extremely relieved by the use of Startsupp.

The free version is for a limited period, which they do not openly mention in the registration process... What problems is Smartsupp solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me further connect with my customers.
