What do you like best? Smartsheet is "Excel like" making adoptability high and people excepting of change. The automation engine for alerts and updates is amazing to gather details and provide updates in a timely manner without taking up human capital. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the variations of what you can do with Smartsheet. It's a "Jack or Jill of all trades" that has helped us organize our work. The collaboration and extensibility capabilities have been the most useful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the way you can move rows around. I like the attachments feature, it makes for easy file sharing. I like the various views that you can use to plan projects - the Gantt view is great for scheduling, the cards view is great for task management.
