Excellent tool to project manage!

What do you like best? It's very simple to navigate and make edits. I love the various template options. We are able to project manage and assign tasks with ease. What do you dislike? The way items copy and paste is different than in Excel, which I am more accustomed to. I am not able to copy and insert to paste a row, but instead have to first insert the rows before I can paste. This is a function I use frequently when building out tasks within projects. Recommendations to ...

Familiar UX for Casual Users (with hidden horsepower)

What do you like best? I can give a new user a 5-min orientation as part of onboarding to a project, and because it feels and looks enough like Excel, they aren't as intimidated by SmartSheets as they might be by equally powerful tools. It can feel simple and light-weight enough that they are comfortable, and with the email follow-up and notification capabilities, it fits into people's existing workflows to share updates. What do you dislike? High flexibility invites misuse. ...

Excelen for remote Management/collaboration

What benefits have you realized? Helps maintain a list of tasks/takeaways from meetings set on a periodic ...
