Helpful tool for keeping track of project requests

What do you like best? Customizable sheets with different views, filters and reports. I can easily find my open tasks and see if anything is falling behind. What do you dislike? There are some functions that work most of the time, but then, for some unknown reason I am unable to filter the data on certain columns. What do you like best? If you are comfortable with Excel the learning curve is pretty fast to be up and running with SmartSheets. Leverage the templates from SmartSheet and go from there!
