What do you like best? Eliminating the need for emailed updates when tasks are completed. Eliminating the need for emailing attachments of documents and trackers, then combining updates/changes into a "final" document. Great tool for collaboration and staying organized

What do you like best? The ability to indent &collapse sections makes it easier to organize clients and different sections of projects. Also the reminders function is one of my favorite features. I use it daily so that I don't miss deadlines. We use the software to share projects with other teammates making it easy to jump in and help if someone is out unexpectedly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to organize and clearly present information graphically. What do you dislike? Would like to see more options for dashboard displays. What do you like best? The best part of Smartsheet has to be the workflows that allow you to customize various actions based on certain criteria being met. That coupled with the ability to see cell history and chat within a cell or sheets makes it indispensable!
