What do you like best? How easy SmartSheets makes it to connect several people in different departments. What do you like best? The best thing for our team in Smartsheet is to have our various real estate transactions and construction schedule in one place. The alerts make sure we do not miss our targets and help us keep our projects on time or ahead of schedule! What do you like best? Smartsheet is very user friendly and easy to learn. I like that I can access it from anywhere and setup automation to alert me when certain things change. Great functionality and even better support.

What do you like best? I have found all the tips and tricks that are strategically placed throughout the sheets are very helpful. When I'm trying to complete a task, I can usually find an icon somewhere I can click that will give me a helpful tip on how to complete that task (or how to complete it more efficiently). What do you like best? How easy smartsheet is to use and all of the templates they have to offer for various tasks. Sharing tasks & notifications of tasks being added to a user really help with communication. What do you like best? We use the task management option with grid/gantt view the most. It allows us to buid product development and production plans with dependent dates and share that with our clients.
