I am new to Smartsheet, but so far it is a user-friendly software.

What do you like best? Easy to work with, and multiple users can have access at the same time. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything. If the tool could create a flow chart from the schedule that would be another helpful tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall project schedules for design and construction milestones and finding critical paths.

What do you like best? I love the detailed organization of the platform. My company uses it as a weekly status sheet to share with clients. it's super easy. What do you dislike? The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't show that someone else has made an edit while you're still in it, so their updates might not show up for you unless you refresh the page. I am a novice but really like what I have learned so far. I have only been using it about a year.

What do you like best? I link being able to auto calculate the % complete for projects and I like that it can be shared to others to view and update their own status updates. What do you dislike? I don't like that it requires a license - and getting a license for new team members is hard to get approved. It would be nice if there was a cheaper - co. wide license and not have to be by user. Good for simple project planning with dependencies / Gantt views.

What do you like best? We use Smartsheet to put together launch punchlists for campaigns we run and to manage our companies roadmap. It's great for setting up dependencies, seeing things in Gantt view, and locating the critical path. What do you dislike?
