I inherited Smartsheet and found it easy, intuitive, and reliable. I found the overall experience better than using Google Sheets that I had been used to using in previous roles (and Asana). It's flexible and after putting in just a little training/research I picked it up well. I recommend.

Great Scrum Product-Perfect for team work and task allocation

What do you like best? Multiple view availability along with the scrum integration. Also, I loved the integration possibilities with multiple other software products like slack, JIRA, and Bitbucket. What do you like best? Smartsheet has a familiar and user-friendly interface and also adds enough options to allow it to be probably the most helpful application in the daily lives of ours. There's nothing that this particular device doesn't provide that's ineffective. Great Tool

What do you like best? That multiple people can update the spreadsheet in one location and if the spreadsheet was shared with them they receive updates as changes are made. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of and if so it was probably more of a user error of not learning more about the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This all goes back to what I noted as what I like best.

Better than a regular spreadsheet, but a bit expensive for us.

What do you like best? The different views of the data (grid, cards, etc.). It is also a very good tool for creating workflows and automation. Dynamic, extensible project management, adaptable to your style and needs

What do you like best? If your data is in Smartsheet or in a location accessible from Smartsheet, the dashboard is always available. Sharing with internal resources and external contacts is easy and permissions are clear. What do you dislike? A single file and workspace cannot be used together. What do you like best? Smartsheet is very helpful for our project management and planning needs. I really like all of the different ways you can view your plan - gantt chart, calendar view, cards view, or grid view. It's easy to use and set up and easy to share with your team and stakeholders.
