A robust and trusted collaborative business tool.

As an enterprise level firm we have found smartsheet enables smooth collaboration across geographic offices and teams. We've used it as a project managment tool, a quick form for events registration, a survey tool and much more. I hope they keep advancing the tool and continue adding in more robust features such as image embeds and more customizable tools for special UX needs.

You can get things up and running and collaborate with your entire team in no time. Since the limit on sheets is so high, I let all my sheet creators make their own systems and it saves me a ton of time. My business could not live without it. That is the truth.

Always Evolving

We are a Google campus so SmartSheet works perfectly for managing projects: Links to Google Docs, SmartSheet Add Ons like Merge allow for creating formatted reports in Google Docs using SmartSheet data rows. SmartSheet Alerts is a great feature not provided by Google Docs and works wonderfully with SmartSheet Web Forms. We're alerted of a submission for every entry, immediately or once daily if desired. Excel Meets MS Project in the Cloud!

I've used many project management applications over the years - MS Project, Workfront, Basecamp, Mavenlink, Wrike, etc. While there are requirements out there for a project management tool that helps build and launch the Space Shuttle, Smartsheet is a much better option for the masses. Easy collaborative sheets for a huge variety of uses

It's been very easy for me to capture/track data, share docs, rsvps lists, etc. I can see so many uses for SmartSheet beyond my own wheelhouse. It's simple, easy - not overcomplicated like some programs are. When you provide support on a national level - Smartsheet has allowed me to quickly send attendance lists, etc. within seconds of the request. Extremely efficient to execute projects that requires multitasking and parallel initiatives

What do you like best? As a project manager it was easy to execute multiple initiatives as the same time and get the effect of any delays or changes to task timing changes quickly reflected in the end goal . What do you dislike? Not sure how to get resource management to be used effectively across projects . What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great results with SmartSheet

What do you like best? I like the ability to build project plans and share them with team members. I liked the ability to upload the project plan I was working on in Smart Sheet as an Excel or MS project file which made it easy to share with my team. The alert, send updates, attachment and discussion features were helpful in communicating with everyone on the project.
