We have been using Smartsheet since 2008. We have created many tracking and collaboration tools across a variety of teams at Orbis Education. Good Power vs. Ease of Use
Very practical project management tool. Easy to use/learn, and has many excellent features: integrated task-level discussions and file attachments, clean interface, Gantt charts, calculations, etc. I use it day-to-day and also for teaching courses/workshops in project management.

Great Collaboration tool!
Smartsheets is a groundbreaking blend of all the best features of Excel, Access and MS Project rolled into a user friendly interface accessible from anywhere. Simplicity leads to user adoption
Smartsheet is a simple to use project management tool that mirrors what people are already using: spreadsheets. While not as 'pretty' as other competing tools out there, I have found that implementing Smartsheet works because people actually use it with minimal training.
