What do you like best? I like the ease of sharing common documents within the company. What do you dislike? I think the user interface could be improved. Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a shot, there's no downside. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to share reference documents.

Not my favorite

What do you like best? I really didn't find smartsheets very user friendly and wouldn't recommend it. What do you dislike? I didn't really like anything about smartsheets. Recommendations to others considering the product We had smartsheets for less than 2 months before leaving. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to solve a 1 location for all info and it just didn't solve that problem.

What do you like best? I like the ability to upload documents and other collateral, create a timeline, share updates, etc. We use this across the entire organization so it's a great tool for collaboration. What do you dislike? Searching isn't the most intuitive, but you can mark 'favorites' so that makes it a little easier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I love that our whole team gets to stay on top of all the tasks that need to be completed before each of our events. It's also very helpful that we can attach documents to the different tasks, so much easier than emailing them and them getting lost. Great Living Document

What do you like best? The ease of sharing and delegating tasks. The due date function is also great for our special events team. We also like the notification system when something is added. What do you like best? In Smartsheet I like that you can enter multiple timelines for different projects and create a master calendar that allows you to view the overlap between all the projects. I also like there are various views you can use to see the same information. What do you dislike? Fantastic Tool for Multi-Person Projects

What do you like best? Regardless of an employee's level of involvement in the project, they can be given the appropriate level of access to Smartsheet and therefore always know where the project stands. It provides an excellent overview for executives without needing to email/call and employee and allows employees working on the project to quickly see what other working project members are doing and if they need to be ready for their next assigned task.
