What do you like best? Easy to use. The Smartsheet programs works great when multiple people are working on the same sheet. All people can edit any particular sheet in real time. No software needs to be loaded on your computer since the program is web based. Administrators can easily add new users to the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like best that it is interactive and takes the difficult part out of project management. Setting deadlines has never been easier. What do you dislike? I dislike that if someone else on my team accidentally deletes a sheet, there is no way of getting back. I wish that the site would provide a 30-day back up drive, in case you need to gather any information from deleted sheets. Great Product

What do you like best? Very full line of features that are easy to share with anyone. Much better than an Excel file, this is something that is updated online, obviously. We can share and track project progress, our CRM, Gantt charts, and other spreadsheets to anyone with email access. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I can keep timelines, requirements and a variety of other documents in one space that I can access and my client can access. What do you dislike? Smartsheets work well for timelines

What do you like best? Smartsheets does a lot of the work for you. Works very well for making timelines for projects. I love the Duration column and the Predecessor column. The best way to organize and track the work you do

What do you like best? Easy to use. Flexible. It's based on the beloved spreadsheet metaphor, so everyone knows how to use it right out the gate. They just added an amazing new Card View.
