Great tool
What do you like best? We use to support backlog prioritization, project planning, and action item tracking. We can track and prioritize backlog items across and within products, within epics. We love Smartsheet!
What do you like best? My team loves the flexibility, and adaptability. Our primary use for this product is project management, but we can also use it for budgeting, reports, and resource management. What do you dislike? The software's appearance could use a refresh. Gant Charts that aren't boring

Overprices for the services that make this product useful
What do you like best? Buyer beware...man these guys boost about having 80,000 users?! For the cost they charge to actually use and benefit from their service you could create your own functioning excel sheets or web based platform. This is just a note for those who don't enjoy being robbed or overpaying for a service from a fly-by-night company. What do you dislike?
