What do you like best? Ease of access and user friendly interface What do you dislike? Can't add more than one resource to a task. Great for projects across a large team

What do you like best? I love that you can send rows to people, either as an FYI or for an update request. The built-in connection to dropbox makes life easier for sharing documents as they relate to projects also. I love Smartsheets!

What do you like best? It's like a marriage of Microsoft Project with Microsoft Excel. I used to coordinate my projects using Project for the timeline and Excel for other stuff like the Risk and Communication tables, but Smartsheets allow me to do this with just one product. What do you like best? Excel based. Easily sharable. Its a good product with lot of templates. What do you dislike? UI and reporting. UI can be improved. Reporting for projects can be improved. A versatile, excellent tool that has the functionality you need

What do you like best? The product is great for a variety of products. I use it to track various time-sensitive tasks, be aware of when my clients (and potential clients are publishing various features, and used to use it as a CRM. They continue to add new features and functionality that goes alongside what I need instead of being extraneous features. Creating and maintaining a smartsheet is truly a pleasurable experience. What do you like best? I love the versatility and the power of this tool. I can be up and running with a straightforward and powerful tool inside 15 minutes. What do you like best? I work on multiple projects across many regions in the U.S. Smartsheet is necessary to keep everything aligned. What do you dislike?
