I am a Project Manager who has used Smartsheets to help organize tasks within a gantt chart view.

What do you like best? My favorite feature (I'm a nerdy Project Manager is putting in 'off days' and having the timeline automatically readjust. It brings tears to my eyes. What do you dislike? I don't like the ability to share the timeline with others in a capacity that they can see, but not edit. Great for project management b/t big client and agency

What do you like best? The ability to send notifications and see changes that were made recently. What do you dislike? The filters save from other people who are also viewing the document/sheet. The drop down arrows for emailing users is not intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to share multiple requests b/t client and agency.

What do you like best? I really like the ability to build forms that I can send out to people outside of the Marketing department to get info from them. For example, we had an issue with people sending ideas for Facebook posts via rambling emails, so we created a form that promoted them to fill out a description of the post, run date, image, audience, etc. and we just send it to them using the link. Use this to track all your projects, regardless of their complexity or priority

What do you like best? Smartsheet works on all my browsers, my tablet, and my smart phone. It gives me the high level detail, as well as the nitty gritty when I'm checking on the status of my project, communicating with non-smartsheet users, or other individuals who need to know where a project stands. Gantt charts that are easy to use

What do you like best? They've simplified a complicated process, with an easy to use interface. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any issues to date, although my requirements are fairly simple/straightforward. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps manage time and resources when multiple projects are running simultaneously.
