The best feature when using Smartsheet as a task list is the ability to create one master list with all team members' task, and individual sheets for each member to view only their own tasks. What do you like best? It has an easy interface and is clean and simple. I like that it has a Gantt chart view and a way to attach documents to specific events on the timeline. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It ends up being an all-in-one project management tool. I use it for email marketing planning, tracking, and communication. One great function is switching between calendar view and the regular spreadsheet view. You can see at a glance what projects are due and when for the day, or if you prefer week or month. What do you like best? Smartsheet is simple and powerful with many great Excel-like features and project management tools. Alerts and emails and the ability to request updates from individuals through this tool helps ensure projects stay on track. A Gantt chart view is also useful to ensure nothing gets missed.
