Great collaboration tool

What do you like best? Ability to collaborate past company firewalls. What do you dislike? Nothing I dislike as yet.. if anything the presentation could be streamlined a bit. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to collaborate with vendors outside of out corporate firewall.

Easy to learn, very effective for task management, and cross-functional request processing

What do you like best? Ease of use made for quick adoption. I like the functionality of multiple sheets, using a parent sheet. Each member of my team has a specific role and specific tasks assigned to them when requests are made. This allows the right requests, to make it to the right person, and ensures it is processed on time. This has provided an increase in efficiency, and accountability, across our entire marketing org. What do you like best? Ability to collaborate, very easy to use and understand. If you're familiar with the common productivity software such as Office, Google Docs, the transition to SmartSheet is hardly an issue. I also like the project management feature. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We use Smartsheet to share multi-tab Excel sheets with whole teams and even our client. We can set permissions and block entire sections or tabs from the view of our clients. What do you like best? I'm a HUGE fan of the cloud-based nature of Smartsheet. Amazing tool for maintaining organization and delegating responsibilities.

What do you like best? Smartsheet makes my daily life as a frequent project manager so much easier. I can keep track of dozens of projects in real-time and maintain a sense of organization as I give updates to clients, as well as discuss new responsibilities with colleagues. Capable cloud-based collaboration

What do you like best? "Out of the box" this tool enabled a small team to collaborate on hundreds of tasks in real time. I had never used a tool like this but it provided a backbone for the team.
