SImple to use

What do you like best? The workflow is great. EMailing notifications of changes or reminders are fantastic. What do you dislike? There is a lot happening on the page and it is challenging to read all the info sometimes. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am building an new hire onboarding program for 24 countries.

Smartsheet

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the program. I can have multiple pages for separate clients or campaigns. It's a great way to keep everything organized. What do you dislike? To be honest, I do not have any dislikes with the program. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving organizational issues. It has simplified our communications.

Keeps the team focused, on-track and accountable

What do you like best? Smartsheet is super intuitive for all levels of team to use. One sheet, one view into status and accountability. Wouldn't use any other project management to. What do you dislike? Some people still like to see it "in print" -- it's not super printer friendly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One view / visibility into overall project and specific deliverables. Better accountability.

Intuitive and Easy to Use Platform

What do you like best? Very easy for teams to collaborate and get the most of the rich functionality offered by the platform. What do you dislike? Although rarely needed, the support processes could be improved. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility to product roadmap and major projects within the organization.

Effective

What do you like best? The live time tracking as we have teams across the country that need to see what happens at HQ! What do you dislike? The lack of reporting is an issue. We have to pull multiple reports from al pages and it's hard. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking if sold product in a certain period of time.

Taking Spread sheets to new levels

What do you like best? Extremely easy to use and share. We have been using Smartsheets for bulk project management with great success. As most of our coworkers are familiar with Excel the ramp up time for using Smartsheets was minimal. What do you dislike? I do wish that the software mapped to items such as PDF forms easier. Lots of features but key elements are missing

What do you like best? I really appreciate all of the different customizations that are available. You can create all sorts of ways to input information into the different line items. I also like the ability to link line items across sheets. What do you dislike? The main problem for me is real time updates. What do you like best? The Smartsheet digital tool is a great way to have an interactive, real-time excel sheet which helps with overall organization. Great for company/shared information that needs to be easily accessible. What do you dislike? Not as customizable in terms of design. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization, real-time editing allows us to be on the same page.
