What do you like best? I love the ease of re-using tabs when working on project from year to year and then just tweaking the items. It is very easy to assign people to tasks created. I love the template options and collaboration tools within Smartsheets - the ability to build a checklist or Gantt from a template and upload attachments to individual rows makes it an all-in-one tool for planning and tracking that is much more user friendly than Project and Excel using MS server capabilities. What do you like best? I like the way Smartsheet works like an excel sheet but much more powerful. It allows my schedulers to send jobs to the field techs and attach files to each job.
