What do you like best? Project management capabilities, edit history, shaHistory tracking, flexibility, alerts. What do you dislike? No pivot-table-like functionality. Filletring and sorting is abit clunky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better organization, team management skills, etc.

What do you like best? You can configure the sheets, reports, and connections between sheets very easily. Additionally, it integrates with a lot of other SAAS products, including SSO with G Suite. What do you like best? I like the fact that smartsheet can easily be accessed but at the same time one can be sure only those that are allowed to see it/edit it can do so. Easy to use, straightforward

What do you like best? I like that you can do real-time collaboration and share easily. What do you dislike? I wish that you could see live updates from other users without hitting save.
