Project Management with Smartsheets

What do you like best? Collapsable rows make it incredibly easy to scan through schedules and expand for more details. What do you dislike? It does feel a bit restrictive as it's a more advanced version of Excel. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Planning calendars in Excel always resulted in dozens of confusing columns to nest information. Smartsheets significantly reduces the number of columns need by nesting rows of information.

Good but has lot of potential for improving the interaction

What do you like best? It has a lot of features that can help you plan and track your project or task. The ability to link tasks as a dependency makes it easier to figure out pending work in a complex projects that has lot of tasks in it. Also helps you keep your timeline in check. What do you dislike? The interaction can be made a lot of more simple and the UI can be improved a lot. It is not as intuitive as I would like it to be. What do you like best? To manage projects on board at the same time. What do you dislike? UI is not localized in Japanese, so it is a little hard for clients who can't speak English. What do you like best? Very easy to use with its intuitive interface. Constant updates by the vendor shows they listen to their customers (e.g. vlookup feature on cell formulas. What do you like best? Very simple to use and learn. No training was needed for the team or when sending to client. What do you dislike? Some of the templates could be revamped, or give more options. What do you like best? You can create sub line items under the main line items and can be color coded to distinguish specific meaning. This helps to easily manage the projects.
