What do you like best? I like that it is sharable and trackable. What do you dislike? There isn't as many edition options as I'd like to see. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking schedules, tactics, and events.

What do you like best? It works just like excel. I love the fact i can create sheets and easily share with coworkers. They can edit the sheets as well. Easy to work with. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Gantt charts are so easy. The interface is very intuitive. Love it for sure. couldn't imagine having to build the templates without the huge jump start I get from the vast library of available templates. Nice shared info product, not sure how to use all functions.

What do you like best? Emailed updates to sheet, able to attach files. What do you dislike? Having to go to the website to log in, can't view PDFs from mobile app. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving easily updating properties, having a shared online folio that we can reference on job sites. Being able to site verify when construction is underway without taking full sets of drawings with every time.

Super easy to use, great UI

What do you like best? Very easy to customize a tracking document. Great way to see history of task and be sure appropriate parties are informed. What do you dislike? Not a major dislike, but it would be nice to be able to mute updates on non-related tasks. Great for Collaboration

What do you like best? Smartsheet is a great collaborative tool. It takes the best features of Excel and Google Sheets. It allows for reminders and automation, which ensures that projects are streamlined and organized. What do you dislike? Because of costs, only one user can be an administrator and set up the sheets. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data storage and project management.

What do you like best? Smartsheet keeps us so organized and I love that we can access our sheets anywhere and at any time. Features that allow us to link sheets, examine workload, and automate reporting on tasks are great. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's not the most powerful or comprehensive tool, but then again it's not the most expensive or well-known. Smartsheet is great for small to medium sized businesses that don't want or need to purchase a large scale solution. What do you like best? What I like best about Smartsheet is that you can track your team's progress on their duties that they have been assigned for, that way we know when everything will get done or why it didn't get done for a particular reason.
