What do you like best? The ability to attach pictures straight into the spreadsheet is very helpful! What do you dislike? The lack of searching capabilities. The lack of sharing capability. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used this to keep track of pictures of unit damages and it was very helpful.

Functional

Waterfall project management made easy

Powerful but not enterprise-ready

What do you like best? Easy collaboration within teams, and instant url-based sharing (with different permission levels for people outside of the org. Easy to use, basic project management software

What do you like best? Smartsheet does a great job of giving you the basics for project management. The ability for collaboration by multiple users making edits to sheets at the same time is a major plus in this tool. It is very intuitive, with easy to create conditional formatting, predecessors and rules. What do you dislike? User friendly tool!

What do you like best? SmartSheet is a great tool to collaborate with colleagues. I primarily use it for issue trackers when I am on-site at an enterprise go-live. It also has fantastic Gantt views for project management. What do you dislike? It does not have the ability to merge cells like Excel does. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've realized that SmartSheet has a lot of functionality that is great for team collaboration.

Great shareable tracking program

What do you like best? I like that this is easily accessible anywhere I can access the web, and I am able to share it with co-workers. It's a great tracking way of organizing and tracking things. I like that you can insert new rows very easily by just hitting 'insert'. Excel doesn't have this function. What do you dislike? I think the filtering could use some work. Smartsheet Experience

What do you like best? Smartsheet allows me to save documents into the project tracking tool. It's able to hold significantly more data than other programs. What do you dislike? Should allow document editing within smartsheet. You currently have to resave a new copy of the document you're working on. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing grants, news, contracts, intake of web requests and data requests.

What do you like best? I honestly did not have a very good experience with Smartsheet. It worked fine, but was a clunky experience compared to Google sheets. What do you dislike?
