What do you like best? Simplicity of the product although I can manage any projects from end to end. Smartsheet is great for organization

What do you like best? I like that all of our files, links, Drive and Dropbox folders can be kept in one place for each project. This includes our invoices and all of our project notes, which were previously difficult to find sometimes, as people would save things in their own Drive folders and you'd have to rely on finding links to docs in Slack. What do you like best? Combination of the best features of Excel and Microsoft Project. What do you dislike? File attachment functionality could be better. Works great for Project Management

What do you like best? Easy to setup for users and track all projects. What do you dislike? Pricing went up after using for a few years. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to track everyone's projects and see what stage they were in. Could share information easily with others.

What do you like best? I love the similarities to Excel. The click-and-drag formula copy, the ability to Command-Z undo, and copy-paste are all very useful, albeit simple, things. What do you dislike? I wish I could click and drag to easily link the rows using predecessors.
