Smartsheet was not very user friendly

What do you like best? I loved that it was your standard Gantt chart format and that you could visually see the project deliverables and timeline differently. I also enjoyed setting up the relationships between tasks, that was easy. What do you dislike? It was very difficult to setup and manage tasks. What do you like best? I like that it functions with the simplicity of an excel sheet with the necessary add-ons of a collaboration tool. What do you dislike? I can't do my job without Smartsheet!

What do you like best? Smartsjeet is an essential tool for all the projects and tasks I have and keepong then organized. I love that I can easily categorize my work and set up alerts to ensure I do not miss deadlines. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Excellent reporting opportunities, collaboration is fantastic, capability to create sites. Fairly easy to use, there are many public forums dedicated to answering questions along with the SmartSheet Community forum. Great interface with other products, Excel, Outlook Etc. What do you like best? The home buttons on the left side are nice, icons make sense and make it easy to figure out what you're trying to do. What do you dislike? Use daily to share information across different locations in our company for inventory management.

What do you like best? I like that it is updated instantly and notifies other users viewing the sheet to refresh their page when a change is made. I like how it shows who is viewing the sheet so you know if you should make changes now or wait until later. What do you dislike? How easy it is to overwrite someone else's work. Great tool for project management

What do you like best? Smartsheet is extremely intuitive with a good selection of features. I loved that as a new user added to collaborate on projects that I didn't own it was easy to get up to speed and start using the tool. Then as I became a more regular user I was able to get a license so I could fully leverage Smartsheet for numerous different things.
