What do you like best? Excellent reporting opportunities, collaboration is fantastic, capability to create sites. Fairly easy to use, there are many public forums dedicated to answering questions along with the SmartSheet Community forum. Great interface with other products, Excel, Outlook Etc. What do you like best? The home buttons on the left side are nice, icons make sense and make it easy to figure out what you're trying to do. What do you dislike? Great tool for project management

What do you like best? Smartsheet is extremely intuitive with a good selection of features. I loved that as a new user added to collaborate on projects that I didn't own it was easy to get up to speed and start using the tool. Then as I became a more regular user I was able to get a license so I could fully leverage Smartsheet for numerous different things. Great for sharing

What do you like best? The online aspects - there's no need to download, all changes may be completed right there in Smartsheet, simply save/refresh if you are on a call with a client to share changes. What do you dislike? We use this for timelines, and there is not really a lockdown, or way to see when changes have been made.
