Great Tool but Time Consuming to set up

What do you like best? I am able to check off my projects as I complete tasks, I can view a dashboard with my status and I am able to keep all my projects together so they are easily accessible as I am working. Easy-to-use and Efficient Software for Team Collaboration on Project Sheets

What do you like best? I like how managing huge projects becomes much easier when Smartsheet is being used to manage all the small tasks. I especially like how you can see who is viewing the same spreadsheet as you at the same time, and how you can see that someone has made a change to the sheet you are viewing right when they do so. What do you like best? I like smartsheet based on its ability to program work schedules and activities in a way that make my daily life less complicated. What do you dislike? My only concerns about Smartsheet are its pricing as well as the fact it is not widely popular in the workplace. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great multi-user document!

What do you like best? The ease of working on a single document with numerous users in real-time. What do you dislike? The constant new to refresh document to implement other user updates. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My employees are allowed to have an access to Smartsheet and they can know where the project is. We don’t need to email/call our executives, because they can have an easy access to the project and the employees can work on it quickly. What do you like best? There is nothing I really dislike or like about smartsheet. What do you dislike? There is nothing I really dislike or like about smartsheet. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use smartsheet to track progress schedules for construction projects, which by January 2018 will we stop using since our new software CMiC will be able to integrate what we need.

Zoom - Conference calls

What do you like best? I like that Zoom is user friendly and straight forward. It's nice that you can create the meeting and when you send it out to the participants, it automatically adds to your calendar depending on the email platform that you use. The software will also record meetings, as well as, allow you to share your desktop to anyone logged into the URL. What do you like best? Smart sheet definitely helps us with our day to day marketing planning. It allows us to plan our quote a ways. What do you dislike? I wish the interface itself was cleaner looking. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us grade our events we have held so we do not hold a duplicate event that failed.

Smartsheet was not very user friendly

What do you like best? I loved that it was your standard Gantt chart format and that you could visually see the project deliverables and timeline differently. I also enjoyed setting up the relationships between tasks, that was easy. What do you dislike? It was very difficult to setup and manage tasks.
