What do you like best? I like the scaleability and the web based concept. What do you dislike? I dislike the resource allocation and wish it was much more robust like Microsoft Project. It's a great project management tool!

What do you like best? I like that you can work online with collaborate with multiple staff on different sheets. Also, that you can import/export to/from Excel files. The alerts and notifications, and creation of forms are also handy. What do you dislike? After filling out a form, I wish there was a way to send an instant email notification to the owner/creator. Great project tracker/checklist

What do you like best? I love being able to keep up with projects, goals, status of items, etc. on Smartsheet. The forms and surveys are also super helpful in tracking information. What do you dislike? I wish there was away to merge columns at the top of the sheet for a title in the actual sheet. What business problems are you solving with the product? It's smart as it's named. Great for a company to work faster with great productivity.

What do you like best? It's make the communication via the team achieve the goal via the company plan. Which is actually really hard to find one to compare with. What do you like best? I enjoy using Smartsheet because it allows you easily share information and create a database to pull from. It is much like excel and you can even import and export excel files.
