What do you like best? Smartsheet is great to use for group work and needing live updates. Having several people update a single project on one sheet that saves updates as you use the sheet is useful. Having the email feature is a nice reminder when something is available to start. Also, having the user account logged with the time stamp is helpful if the user does not enter their name on an edit that is viewed by multiple people. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best part of Smartsheet is the ability to add attachments to a sheet. What do you like best? I like that I can share info without saving and updating a miliion excel spreadsheets. What do you dislike? Very difficult to learn. We were required to complete the Smartsheet academy. It was a huge time committment (over 10 hours. A test was required for certification. An 80% or higher was needed to pass. What do you like best? Easy to use, great user experience, inline editing is a breeze. The ability to drag and drop when moving things around is super slick. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The availability and range of templates is extremely helpful. Very helpful tool to plan manage and collaborate

What do you like best? I like the UI and the online collaboration option this tool provides. What do you dislike? Certain parts of the UI could use some brush ups like the scrolling isnt as smooth. scrolling from left to right could result in going back to the previous page without swiping on a mac. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The smartsheet we use is shared with our clients who can collaborate online and fix changes.

Convenient and Easy to Use for Clients

What do you like best? I like that the clients can check in and update things timely and I know immediately so we don't lose time. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't auto-save!!!!! What do you like best? Smartsheet makes it easy to have multiples users at once and be able to send alerts, link documents and create sheets that can then be used as future templates.
