Great Collaborative and "Light" Project Management Tool

What do you like best? Very easy to use and quick to setup surveys, information gathering forms and other spreadsheet tasks. What do you dislike? It does not auto update in real time or close to real time. You have to save/refresh or wait 5 min before updates are ready for refresh What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for vacation planning, project planning, surveys, project check lists

Very easy system, intuitive, and smart.

What do you like best? I like that its intuitive. We use Excel all the time, and this is just a simplified web version of that. What do you dislike? There isn't much I don't like. It's not a tool to hold your hand through the process. It's a blank sheet that you make your own rules up around. Good Project Management Tool, not the best calendar feature

What do you like best? The tool is great for project planning and tracking deliverables. It also allows us to share with those outside of our organization. What do you dislike? We use editorial calendars to determine the best timing for sharing various resources. The Smartsheet calendar view leaves something to be desired. What do you like best? I like the ability to track data and have it roll up into different dashboards. The ability to link cells is nice, although it could use a bit of improvement. It is also wonderful that you can grant access to people without a license. Allowing people who do not have a license, the ability to enter in information makes this a reasonably priced solution for project management. What do you like best? The developers seem to have put a lot of thought into making sure information flows, but overall it feels clunky and like there are just better solutions out there. What do you like best? The ease of keeping our work orders and vacant units needing to be turned over is one of the greatest things that has happened to our company.
