I like how simple and flexible this tool is, the UI has all the great segments form Microsoft but it doesn’t offer too many menu options that are mostly unnecessary. We can easily save and retrieve templates for various projects and the Gantt chart is visible to it allows to schedule and to complete the projects so we can present them to the stakeholders. Awesome cloud-based spreadsheet solution

What do you like best? The tracking abilities are exceptional and the app is well-supported. What do you dislike? There are some functionalities of Excel that I miss and wish were in SmartSheet. We have operational schedules that are cross-departmental that everyone can access in-office and in the field.

Easy to use

What do you like best? This software is very user friendly. If you know how excel works SmartSheet is a breeze. What do you dislike? It is a online/real time software and some times it crashes. What do you like best? The timeline feature with Gantt charts. It's easy to visualize the project in a step by step process. What do you dislike? Smartsheet is like Google Sheets on Steroids, but I wish it was more like excel

What do you like best? I like that you are able to attach items to the spreadsheets, collapse rows under parent rows, and add reminders. The calendar view is also nice. What do you dislike?
