It has some good features

What do you like best? Smartsheet does a good job at organizing a schedule. We use it to predict the timeline for our projects so that we can manage time sensitive tasks and report out to other departments. What do you dislike? Smartsheet doesn't have very good reporting functionality. It would be a great tool if we were able to run a report and pull information from multiple project sheets. What do you like best? We like how easy it is to share documents with our team and the ability to access the information from any device (laptop, phone, tablet and from anywhere. Excel and Project files import seamlessly and are simple to use. What do you dislike? The ability to format documents isn't quite where we'd like it to be. What do you like best? I like the calendar review in smartsheet that makes it easy to see what items are coming due on my calendar. Also, a great way to share information and collaborate in real-time. Multiple users can work on in smartsheet simultaneously. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I use Smartsheet daily to keep track of communication metrics. This is a huge undertaking and I love that Smartsheet allows me to keep track of everything in a concise way. I also use Smartsheet to create and keep track of several intake forms. It's a great way for other departments and my coworkers to replay their requests to me, and because I've created the form with all of our requirements, the requests come in with all of the information that I need. What do you like best? The flexibility and ease of use. Also the Excel like interface is greate. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We have been using smartsheet to track so many different things. We use it in Quality checks, QR codes, Safety checks, and so ,much more. I had issues with seeing a drawn out timeline and when you change one date it doesn’t seem to update the others to update in the overall timeline. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Smartsheet is easy to set up and easy to share, it has built-in calendar and Grantt views. It works great with Zapier and the API is clear and user-friendly. I’m using it in combination with Wufoo and I have to say that this saves me lot of time.
