PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The great thing about Smartsheet is that your whole team can work on the same sheet. They can change, update or edit the sheet and the notifications are spread immediately. You don’t need to download a software on your computer, because the platform is web-based. What do you like best? I looove that multiple people can be in a spreadsheet at the same time, updating their respective pieces, without having to save and close every time someone else needs to access it. Great for staying organized.

What do you like best? Me and my colleagues can stay organized and see everything that needs to be done. What do you dislike? There is a limit on the number of users you can have. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping the team organized and making sure everyone knows what needs to be done. Also allows us to make RSVP sheets to see who will be attending our events.

Smartsheet is a useful tool

What do you like best? It's a great way for teams to collaborate and keep track of shared projects. What do you dislike? No autosave (unlike Google Docs - make sure to hit save or lose your work. Also, if one person is typing in the sheet, another person in the sheet can see that the first person is editing the sheet, but not what they've edited.
