What do you like best? I like all the separate sheets that you can manage and have them funnel into reports. We have separate sheets for all of our accounts and they are able to pull reports based on whatever settings we would like. What do you dislike? It is a little antiquated from a UX standpoint. What do you like best? You can build anything much like you can do in excel but there are also built in templates you can customize for your project. All the formulas and features of excel are built into smartsheet so you can easily transfer information and projects into the program. Easy to use and implement

What do you like best? It's incredibly easy to use and it's fast to get users up and running. Due to the ease-of-use, employees can create their own solutions without any collaboration from IT. Amazing tool if you manage a team that handles multiple projects!

What do you like best? What I love best about Smartsheet is that I can create dashboards and reports to see all sheets at a glance. I have five direct reports who manage at least 10-15 sheets at a time, so this makes it very easy to keep up with all moving parts. What do you like best? It allows much more than simple spreadsheets, it allows assigning tasks, timelines, dashboard with statuses and much more. What do you dislike? Formatting features could be more developed. It allows a lot of project related tasks, but gui could be more colorful, easier to navigate through and formatting in general could use facelift. Smartsheet helps my team keep our projects on track.

What do you like best? Smartsheet allows for me to keep track of my individual schedule in a very clear way. I love the calendar feature that lets me see what my responsibilities are for the week. It's also easy to see each project's timeline & who is working on it at any given time. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This tool allows me to create project plans and to share all of them with other members of the team, I can upload project plan in SmartSheet like I do in an Excel and this makes very easy to share the projects with others. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how simple and flexible this tool is, the UI has all the great segments form Microsoft but it doesn’t offer too many menu options that are mostly unnecessary. Smartsheet is great, but only for certain use cases

What do you like best? I like the fact that Smartsheet provides alerts, approvals & actions workflows built into the application. This is handy and can be established in templates to provide some consistency. I'm also a fan of the Charts implementation. If only the Dashboards were better they'd really shine.
