What do you like best? We have been deciding between Microsoft Project Online and Smartsheet as a reporting tool for our PMO. The licensing model for Smartsheet is very favorable to allow all our required team members to have access to the Smartsheet with not paying any extra cost. What do you like best? Smartsheet is great for obtaining data updates from various teams in real -time, eliminating the back-and-forth of data reports whose details quickly become outdated. The many admin features are great and easy to use - requesting specific updates within a wider project, extending/limiting contribution access, exporting data in full. What do you dislike? Forget using excel!

What do you like best? Smart sheet has made it extremely easy for my team to all collaborate and communicate and one document at the same time. Being able to attach files instead of clogging my inbox is key when working with graphics/large files. The mobile app is also very user-friendly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use, simple gui, robust notification capabilities, easy to collaborate w/ others.
