Great way to track project life
What do you like best? I love the way that you can share with different people your project plan and also track the life of it What do you dislike? Maybe I'm not a fan of the user interface and some things that might be easier to map, like dependencies or things like that Recommendations to others considering the product: Only to improve a bit the UI What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tracking of different items and resources.

Salesforce Smartsheet Connector
What do you like best? It's one of the rare connectors that's very intuitive to use between programs What do you dislike? The only criticism I have is that you can't duplicate workflows you need to create them from scratch. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving our GANTT chart needs that Salesforce wasn't able to visualize for us.

What do you like best? There are several tools on the Internet similar to smartsheet but none like Smartsheet. super easy to use project management tool
What do you like best? We use it extensively on our team, we can modify permissions, run reports on schedules and how many projects and tasks have been completed. What do you dislike? the gant charts confuse me; I'm forever googling the, What problems are you solving with the product? Great collaborative software to use with virtual teams
What do you like best? Real-time updates and visibility, this really helped with version control What do you dislike? Our team required extra training, especially if they're not savvy in Excel. No auto-save What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were trying to manage projects with a virtual team, this was a very collaborative platform for this to happen

Great for what it does
What do you like best? Makes creating and sharing templates easy around the office. Easy to customize and edit What do you dislike? Doesn't have a whole lot of features that Google drive can't do for free What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps to track our smaller sales pipelines
