What do you like best? I like the web features of it which allows me to operate it from anywhere and everyone can update it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? an excel like tool, with nice status roll up to a dashboard which has lot of key details like current week accomplishments, next week activities, percentage completion of project, milestones, budget, risks/issues and at risk tasks and many more. Smartsheet has potential but still falls short

What do you like best? I like how you can have a spreadsheet type of tool online with SmartSheet. I think at its core it is really a spreadsheet for project management to help manage your organizations projects and resources. It does help simplify some of the tasks for any PMO office of any size and has some API integrations but it doesn't really grow beyond its spreadsheet roots. What do you dislike?
