User Friendly and dynamic

What do you like best? I like how simple it is to learn and use. What do you dislike? The card view doesn't communicate very well with grid view. If you update grid view it updates accordingly in card view, but not the other way around. What do you like best? The automation offered on smartsheet is impeccable and so easy to use once it's formatted correctly. I use it everyday. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the ability to customize views, and how easy it is to view information in a way that you need it. Not only that- but it's easy to set up shareable viewpoints so that your entire team is on the same page. What do you like best? As a Services Agency, this functions very well as a client facing Release Plan and Milestone Tracking product. Is also good for collaboration on application feedback and prioritization. What do you dislike? It's not designed to be granular "to the daily task" basis- like all gantt tools.
