Great for tracking deadlines and clients!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. I can create my own sheet and field and use them to track a variety of things. The drop-down feature is also extremely helpful, with the ability to make it a date field, checkbox field, etc. I also really like that it is shared in real-time, with my other colleagues, so they can go in and make changes at the same time someone else is in a sheet, without creating a "conflicted copy." Excellent tool for collaborative work.

What do you like best? The view history in each cell and the ability to add attachments and reminders for each row. What do you dislike? I dont think Smartsheet has the ability to retain my filters when i open the sheet the next time. May be i am wrong. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love that I can change any sheet into a unique "view" based on what that sheet needs to do for me. For example, one sheet manages a pipeline for my team so I can change it to "card view" so that I can move individual items up and down the pipeline as I need.
